PROGRAMMING
The initial meeting is a time when I listen to whatever challenges you are having with the existing space. This helps me establish the scope of work, your goals, how you 'do' life, your likes/dislikes & vision for the space. I also ask you to prepare some images to help me better understand your aesthetic, this can be done through a pinterest/houzz board or magazines.
Establishing budget + preferred timeline.

concept+design development
Site Measurements.
Our vision for your space begins to take shape. We develop Initial Design Development (floor plans, concept boards, finish/fixture/furniture selection).
Presentation + your feedback.
Concept boards with selections/finishes are narrowed down & revised based on your preferences.

DESIGN + DOCUMENTATION
After the design choices & layouts have been approved by you, we begin sourcing and purchasing.
Residential furniture+decor clients:
This is the stage where furniture is being made, ordered, and delivered.
Residential remodel/new construction clients:
construction bids will be sent out to get estimates on your behalf, if requested.
Construction drawings and written specifications are finalized.

EXECUTION
Residential furniture+decor clients:
During the execution, we oversee the installation of the design. Furniture will be placed according to our layout, pillows fluffed, art hanged, & accessories placed. If there is any painting, wallpaper, new lighting etc. this will all be done prior to furniture installation.
Residential remodel/new construction clients:
This is where construction is taking place. Simultaneously, we are making regular visits to the construction site to make sure that everything is going according to plan.
