Designing a home comes with countless decisions. Rather than jumping straight into furniture, I take the time to understand your space and how you want it to feel. Each phase builds on the one before it, so your home comes together as one cohesive whole.

CONSULTATION
Understanding how you want home to feel.
We walk through your home and talk about how you live, what's working and what isn't, and how you want each room to feel. We also set a realistic investment range, then I prepare a customized proposal. $250, 45 to 90 minutes, in your home.

LAYOUT & BUDGET
The plan behind every later decision.
Choosing furniture before understanding the space leads to expensive mistakes. A good layout gives everything a place, so the room supports what you're there to do, whether that's focusing, hosting or unwinding. It tells us what size sofa fits, how people move through the room and where lighting should go.

DESIGN
Where the creative work comes together.
Every selection is made with the whole room in mind, then refined together through revisions. For furnishing projects, design takes about three months or longer, depending on lead times and custom pieces. Remodels and new construction take longer, shaped by the construction schedule.

PROCUREMENT
A big part of the work, mostly unseen.
I order through my trade vendor network, track production and lead times, and every piece is received and inspected at a warehouse before it reaches your home. You get updates along the way, without having to chase anything.

INSTALLATION & REVEAL
Walk into a finished home.
Everything is delivered, placed and styled, and I'm on site to oversee every detail. I recommend making plans to be away for the day, so you come home to a finished space rather than watching it come together piece by piece.
